Abstract
Tethered cord syndrome (TCS) is a stretch-induced disorderof the spinal cord caused by congenital or acquiredconditions. Due to improvement of imaging technique, itis currently realize that TCS may be seen with differentpathology. Differing from relevant literature, concomitantpresence of TCS, epidermiod cyst and lipoma in a 17 yearold female patient is presented and discussed in the presentpaper.
