Abstract
В статье проанализированы демографические показатели и результаты социологического опроса населения Курской, Белгородской и Брянской областей о качестве медицинской помощи населению. Проанализировано отношение врачей и среднего медицинского персонала к пациентам, доступность врачей-специалистов, техническая оснащенность медицинских организаций. Особое внимание уделено удовлетворенности населения организацией работы медицинской организации, обеспеченности средствами и изделиями медицинского назначения, результатами оказания медицинской помощи. Дальнейшее реформирование системы здравоохранения должно учитывать оценку населением существующего состояния качества медицинской помощи.
