Abstract
En el presente artículo se propone una metodología para la capacitación de los cuadros y reservas de las organizaciones de subordinación local. Los métodos teóricos y empíricos empleados permitieron analizar los referentes teóricos tratados por diversos especialistas y constatar la factibilidad de la metodología y sus posibilidades para favorecer la colaboración y el clima de confianza de todos los implicados en dicho proceso.
