Abstract
در این بررسی تعداد272 نمونه شیر خام و پاستوریزه شرکت لبنیات پاستوریزه سنندج در طی چهار فصل جمع آوری و با استفاده از روش الایزا از نظر آلودگی به M1آفلاتوکسین آزمایش شدند. براساس نتایج تعداد 257(49/94%) نمونه از کل نمونه ها و اجد آلودگی با آفلاتوکسین بودند که از این تعداد 12(4/4%) نمونه آلودگی بیش از حدمجاز ایران و اتحادیه اروپا بود. مقایسه میانگین فصول مختلف نشان داد که از لحاظ آماری اختلاف معنی داری بین بهار و تابستان وجود نداشت اما بقیه فصول اختلاف معنی دار داشتند. بطوریکه زمستان با میانگین 35/22 بیشترین و تابستان با 15/5 کمترین میزان آلودگی را داشت. اختلاف (p
