Abstract

Цель: выявление способов повышения престижа рабочих профессий.

Метод или методология проведения работы: теоретический анализ литературы по социологии труда и статистических данных по численности молодых рабочих ФКП «завод им. Я.М.Свердлова».

Результаты: Развитие сферы услуг порождает ряд негативных социальных явлений, связанных с переориентацией молодежи на профессии менеджерского плана и снижением интереса к рабочим профессиям. Перед многими российскими промышленными предприятиями, стоит проблема по восполнению кадровыми ресурсами, связанная с непрестижностью рабочих профессий среди молодежи. Автор статьи полагает, что в данной ситуации необходимо активизировать социальные программы, направленные на повышение престижа рабочих профессий.

Область применения результатов: промышленные предприятия.
