Abstract
curso foi realizado em cooperação entre os professores Bruna Franchetto, Aniela Improta França, Kristine Stenzel e Marcus Maia, do POSLING-UFRJ e os professores Peter Petrucci, Arianna Berardi-Wiltshire, Beatrice Mari Ropata e Krystal Te Rina Warren, da Massey University, Nova Zelândia, por força do acordo de cooperação acadêmica frmado entre as duas universidades em
2016. Iniciativa pioneira no POSLING, o curso pretendeu desenvolver reflexão integrada sobre duas questões que colocam desafos translacionais urgentes para a Linguística: a crise no ensino de língua na educação básica e a questão da manutenção e revitalização de línguas indígenas ditas em perigo de
