Abstract
La enseñanza de la medicina ha evolucionado y debe hacerlo, en armonía con el cambiante entorno para ejercerla, por eso las reformas curriculares se deben implementar  paulatinamente, sin demora y sobre todo en la actualidad, frente a los retos, que los avances científicos, los nuevos marcos legales y el surgimiento de nuevas enfermedades, imponen una evaluación constante para que su interacción sea válida con las nuevas normas vigentes y con los diferentes modelos de atención médica, para que esté acorde con estas transformaciones.
