Abstract
For many types of risk affecting the economic existence of firms, risk ofcompetition is among the most important, both in terms of the gravity andintensity and the spread in space and time. In the context of the global economiccrisis, - economical, financial, social, image problems etc. encountered by theeconomic entities are responded through the engage of the companies in thecompetitive game using various strategic alternatives. The competitive gameinvolves: understanding the nature of the competitive strategy, the demarcationof their playing field, the competition analysis and the competitive decisioncommitment. Implicit, the new conditions created field of manifestation of theanticompetitive behavior on the various world markets, increasing the inherentrole of the decision makers in the competition policy.
