Relato da experiência de implementação do Portal da Biblioteca Nacional de Brasília (BNB), que utiliza a segmentação de mercado e oferece produtos e serviços online de acordo com a necessidade de informação de seus públicos. Com essa iniciativa, o Portal da BNB mostra uma interface interativa e auto-explicativa, reunindo informações pertinentes para cada grupo de usuários atendidos pela instituição. Por fim, apresenta todos os detalhes do projeto, desde a sua concepção até o seu lançamento na web.
