Esta nota solo pretende informar a los cirujanos a quienes se les pueda presentar esta peculiar situación, que la intervención (colecistotomía por vía torácica) es realizable y relativamente fácil, si se hace un corte radiado del diafragma sobre el lado derecho (encima del lóbulo izquierdo del hígado) y a la paciente se le coloca en trendelenburg forzado.
