Abstract
Presentamos un caso de miocardiopatía de takotsubo en una paciente con insuficiencia valvular mitral severa (por prolapso severo del velo posterior), acaecida después de la reparación quirúrgica de dicha válvula. Hasta donde conocemos, este es el primer caso descrito en la literatura.
