Abstract
RESUMEN: Valoración de los distintos factores económicos que intervienen en la colonización fenicia y griega de la Península Ibérica, examinando en particular la demografía y los recursos territoriales, los artículos objeto de importación y exportación, las transferencias de tecnología, la estructura económica del comercio naval, el papel económico de la moneda y las relaciones entre dinero y banca en el ámbito colonial. Se destacan también los estudios que han renovado algunos enfoques económicos del fenómeno colonial en Occidente y los aspectos a los que conviene dedicar en el futuro mayor atención.
ABSTRACT:The Author valuates the different economic factors that occurs in the Phoenician and Greek colonization of the Iberian Peninsula. In particular, he examines its demography and territorial resources, import and export articles, technology transfers, economic structure of the naval trade, economic paper of currencies and relationships between money and banking in the colonial environment.The A. has pointed out the studies that have renovated some economic approaches of the colonial process and those aspects that sould be paid more attention to in the future.
