improvement of the toolkit for diagnosing the enterprise's production program

The purpose of the article is to substantiate the theoretical positions and develop practical recommendations for improving the diagnostic toolkit of the enterprise's production program. The order (general scheme) of the production program of the enterprise is presented. It is proved that the production program of the enterprise determines the composition (from the nomenclature, the range and quality) and the volume of production in natural and value terms. It is established that in order to calculate the enterprise's production program in cost recovery, it is necessary to calculate the indicators of the volume of gross output, the volume of marketable products and the volume of sold products. It is revealed that the importance of the system of diagnostics of the production program of the enterprise is held by the calculation of the planned magnitude of the production capacity of the enterprise. The prospect of further research in this direction is to improve the polycriterial diagnostics of the prospects for the functioning of enterprises, taking into account the presented research results.
