Abstract

Este artigo parte de pesquisa anteriormente conduzida pela autora, a qual tratava sobre as visões de mulheres feministas da cidade de Salvador, Brasil, sobre a intervenção penal em casos de violência de gênero.
Considerando os resultados da referida pesquisa, propõe-se uma reflexão sobre os percursos metodológicos trilhados na investigação. O argumento do
texto é que uma abordagem que privilegie as visões de mundo de sujeitos exteriores ao direito penal tem o potencial de contribuir ao avanço do campo de tensões entre criminologia e feminismo.
