Abstract
Nesse artigo, trabalharemos com duas áreas de conhecimento, Literatura e Psicologia. Nossa proposta, portanto, é interdisciplinar: pretendemos analisar o conto intitulado Um Sonho e Outro Sonho, publicado no jornal A Estação (1892), da autoria do escritor Machado de Assis (1839-1908), do ponto de vista da Psicologia de Carl Gustav Jung (1875-1961), sobretudo, utilizaremos o conceito junguiano de Individuação. Por meio desse artigo, esperamos chamar a atenção para a importância dos estudos que trabalham com a interdisciplinaridade da Literatura e da Psicologia, como também esperamos estar divulgando a Crítica Literária Junguiana dentro dos Estudos Literários Brasileiros.
