Abstract
En el presente artículo se recorren investigaciones en curso sobre la inferencia clínica y la intervención en psicoterapia, con el objetivo de describir una posible vía de vinculación entre las intervenciones psicoterapéuticas y las inferencias pronósticas. Se mencionan estudios sobre intervención clínica y trabajos de clasificación de intervenciones. Se describen distintas líneas de investigación posibles para la noción de pronóstico en psicoterapia, y se proponen modalidades y criterios para su evaluación, tomando la investigación sobre inferencia clínica como eje ordenador. Se mencionan, a su vez, resultados disponibles sobre el estudio de la inferencia pronóstica. Las nociones de inferencia clínica, inferencia pronóstica e intervención son definidas y analizadas como partes del proceso psicoterapéutico. Se propone una estrategia de vinculación entre las inferencias pronósticas y las intervenciones. La cuestión del marco teórico del psicoterapeuta es presentada como factor en juego tanto en la producción inferencial como en la modalidad de intervención en psicoterapia.
In the present paper current research about inferential process and clinical interventions is described; aiming to present a possible way of studying the relationship between the prognostic inferences and the psychotherapeutic interventions. The study of clinical interventions and their classification is described. Different research lines on the concept of prognosis are mentioned, analyzing possible assessment modalities and criteria, considering the study of clinical inference as a basis. Current results about prognostic inference are presented. The concepts of clinical inference, prognostic inference and intervention are defined and analyzed as parts of the psychotherapeutic process. A strategy to relate the prognostic inferences and the interventions is proposed. The psychotherapist's theoretical framework is presented as a factor in play in the inferential production and the intervention modality.
