Abstract
Este artigo empreende uma leitura analítica de Algaravias: câmara de ecos (1996), de Waly Salomão, no intuito de pensar a natureza de seu discurso lírico, principalmente no que tange à sua concepção de poesia como uma “faláspera”. O termo, criado por Waly no magnífico “Poema Jet-Lagged”, constitui-se como ponto de partida para a compreensão do modo como o poeta se posiciona diante da escrita concebida como uma construção poética centrada na aspereza, visando sempre ao desconforto, inquietação inerente à poesia moderna cujo principal objetivo é o de tirar o leitor de seu estado habitual para lançá-lo em uma situação incômoda.
