Abstract
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal; margin: 0cm -0.05pt 10pt 0cm;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 10pt;">No presente ensaio teórico, os autores buscam nas conceituações do sociólogo Zygmunt Bauman, ferramentas conceituais para a compreensão dos atuais dilemas da escola de ensino médio. A partir de uma leitura sócio-histórica dos determinantes escolares, as categorias do “impuro” e do “estranho” são amplamente exploradas e coadunadas com reflexões educacionais que visam analisar o impacto das narrativas docentes sobre os jovens, na etapa final da educação básica. Como conclusão, os autores apontam para a prevalência de um cenário no qual os docentes prosseguem como representantes instituídos de uma ordem moderna classificatória e estigmatizadora.</span></p>
