Abstract: Growth and Development of 0-6-month-old breastfeeding infants in Public health center of Telaga Biru Pontianak. The aims of this study were to determine differences in growth and development of infants 0-6 months who received exclusive breastfeeding with Non-Exclusive breastfeeding. This is an analytic survey research with cross-sectional approach. The subject is Infants 0-6 months old in UPK  Public Health Center “Telaga Biru” Pontianak. The sample of study 79 infants was based on purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed with univariate and bivariate analysis. Hypothesis test used Independent T-Test with the 95% confidence level. The results showed that infants 0-6 months exclusive breastfeeding were 28 infants have the average growth of 11.11 and the standard deviation is 1.519. Meanwhile, infants Non-exclusive breastfeeding 51 people have the average of 11.67 and standard deviation of 1.519. The result of statistical test is p-value = 0.144 (α = 0.05). There is no significant difference in the average growth of 0-6-month-old infants between who receive exclusive breastfeeding and Non-exclusive breastfeeding. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui perbedaan tumbuh kembang bayi 0-6 bulan yang mendapat ASI Eksklusif dengan ASI Non-Eksklusif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Subjek penelitian yaitu bayi 0-6 bulan di UPK Puskesmas Telaga Biru Kota Pontianak. Sampel sebanyak 79 orang menggunakan metode Purposive sampling. Analisa data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat. Uji hipotesis menggunakan Uji T-Test Independent dengan  tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bayi 0-6 bulan yang mendapat ASI eksklusif sebanyak 28 orang dengan rata-rata tumbuh kembang adalah 11,11 dan standar deviasi 1,519. Sedangkan bayi yang mendapat ASI Non eksklusif sebanyak 51 orang dengan rata-rata tumbuh kembang 11,67 dan standar deviasi 1,519. Hasil uji statistik diperoleh nilai p=0,144 (α=0,05). Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan rata-rata tumbuh kembang bayi 0-6 bulan yang mendapat ASI Eksklusif dengan bayi yang mendapat ASI Non eksklusif.
