Abstract
The development of the chemical industry and the intensification of the capitalist type of industrial development imposed in Brazil, the submission from agriculture to industry , creating a new model of agricultural production, with massive use of pesticides. The process of pesticide consumer agricultural modernization came with the promise of a significant increase in food production and eradicating hunger. However, the (ab ) use of these substances generate risks of pollution and contamination . The developmental culture does not see the limits of the planet, and this can prove extremely threatening to the man and his environment. There is no ethics regarding the use of pesticides. There is only the ethic of unlimited progress , economic growth.
