Abstract
Objetiva-se analisar, a partir de três casos envolvendo crianças de povos indígenas submetidas a situação de risco, tomados metodologicamente como exemplaridades, se a intervenção da Política de Atendimento à Criança e ao Adolescente leva em consideração as perspectivas de infância professadas por esses povos, ou se reproduz uma ordem jesuítica similar àquela da época colonial do país. Propõe-se discorrer sobre a Doutrina da Proteção Integral, paradigma jurídico do Direito da Criança e do Adolescente, para tratá-la a luz das peculiaridades da significação indígena de criança tal como previsto na Resolução n. 181 de 2016 do CONANDA.
