Abstract
This work held an exhibition of the thinking of Robert Alexy concerning the relations between law and morality, which can be understood as an attempt to overcome the old quarrel between legal positivism and natural law. The author develops then a system that allows to appreciate the legal rulings according to their moral quality, depriving the legality those considered too unfair and correcting those considered reparable.
