Abstract
Цель статьи – анализ системы инструментов государственной поддержки ипотечного кредитования в России.
Дан перечень этих инструментов, описана законодательная база их применения и механизм функционирования. Показано влияние экономического кризиса на развитие ипотечного кредитования и описаны инструменты государственной поддержки ипотечных заемщиков, столкнувшихся с проблемой погашения кредитов из-за неблагоприятной экономической ситуации. Дан краткий обзор текущих проблем ипотечного кредитования в нашей стране.
Показано, что основным препятствием для обеспечения населения собственным жильем на основе приобретения его посредством ипотечного кредитования является высокая ставка по кредитам.
