Abstract
Este trabajo analiza el efecto de la actividad innovadora sobre el crecimiento y el rendimiento de las Mipyme de los países de la Alianza del Pacífico (AP). Para ello se realizó un estudio empírico con una muestra de 386 empresas de Chile, Colombia, México y Perú. Para verificar las relaciones planteadas se utilizan regresiones lineales múltiples por mínimos cuadrados ordinarios (MCO). Los resultados muestran que la innovación en productos, en procesos y en gestión impacta positivamente el crecimiento del empleo y las ventas, y así mismo a las utilidades. Estos resultados son especialmente relevantes para los países de la AP y pueden ayudar a los empresarios, a los gobiernos y a la academia para impulsar acciones que favorezcan la innovación de las empresas y su competitividad.
يحلل هذا البحث أثر النشاط الابتكاري في نمو وأداء المشروعات متناهية الصغر والصغيرة والمتوسطة (Mipyme) في دول تحالف المحيط الهادئ (AP). ولتحقيق ذلك، أُجريت دراسة تجريبية على عينة قوامها 386 شركة من تشيلي، وكولومبيا، والمكسيك، وبيرو. وللتحقق من العلاقات المطروحة، استُخدمت نماذج الانحدار الخطي المتعدد بطريقة المربعات الصغرى العادية (MCO). وتُظهر النتائج أن الابتكار في المنتجات والعمليات والإدارة يؤثر إيجاباً في نمو التوظيف والمبيعات، وكذلك في الأرباح. وتكتسي هذه النتائج أهمية خاصة بالنسبة لدول تحالف المحيط الهادئ، حيث يمكن أن تساعد أصحاب الأعمال والحكومات والأوساط الأكاديمية في تبني مبادرات تعزز ابتكار الشركات وقدرتها التنافسية.
