Abstract
European norms and tradition in the shepherd activity in Romania. The integration in the European community involved the adaptation and respecting of some norms about economic activities. Shepherd activity, which has millenary roots in our country, has as other economic domains, its own European norms. Respecting this norms is a necessary condition for obtaining founds that are not refundable, but also for the valorification of shepherd products on the internal and external markets. In this study I’ve tried to present the actual situation of shepherd activities with their own traditions, and also the European and national legislative environment that involve in these kinds of activities.
