Abstract
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of Emmons Gratitude Training on Hope and happiness. For the purpose of this study, 40 young couples in Neyshabour city were selected. The present study is a quasi-experimental research with control and experimental group. The experimental group received Gratitude Training for 9 sessions and the control group did not receive anything.
