Abstract
The aim of this study is to apply scientific approach at Islamic subject (PAI) on Integrated Islamic Primary School (SDIT) in Medan. This study is qualitative research in phenomenology method. The analyzing data is Miles and Hubberman qualitative analysis technique that consist of the data selection, data presentation, and data conclusion. The findings of this study, namely: first, in designingIslamic subject lesson plan on Integrated Islamic Primary School (SDIT) in Medan had done variation of achievement in various aspects, the aspects of achieving the goal of learning objectives, the achievement of expected character in Islamic subject learning. Later in building up sentences in learning steps according to the demands of the scientific approach, in which aspects of observing, asking, trying, associating, and communicating, have poured unraveled although indicators of achievement have not seen clearly. Second, the adoption of scientific approach to Islamic subject lesson plan on Integrated Islamic Primary School (SDIT) Medan appear on five aspects of observing, asking questions, trying, associating, and communicating has been done although there are some things that do not fit with the concept of education and the need to get more serious attention. Third, the problems are faced by Integrated Islamic Primary School (SDIT) in Medan (Al-Fityan, Bunayya and An-Nizam) is not much different from each other.
