Abstract
В статье приводится доказательство неспособности западной модели развития цивилизации и базирующейся на ней концепции градостроительства обеспечить выживание человечества в условиях усиливающейся биосферной деградации. Предложено решение сложившейся проблемы при помощи энерго-энтропийного подхода к моделированию эколого-строительных систем и разработки на этой основе метода экономического регулирования градостроительного развития.
