Abstract
There have been considered the current methods for searching bioactive compounds — candidate for being drugs. There have been described the methods for drug director design, computer selection of compounds for biological testing, virtual screening based on the ligand or molecular target structure, creating combinatorial libraries of organic compounds The development of new approaches to the treatment of diabetes was paid attention.
