Abstract
ABSTRACT This investigation has as main objective to deepenin the knowledge of the use in the Spanish companiesof typology and intensity denominated as of HumanResources High Performance Practices. In order tofulfill this analysis a multivariate methodology wasused on a sample of 184 companies pertaining to theAEDIPE association. In addition to the descriptiveanalysis, it has been tried to explain what strategic andorganizational contexts favor the appearance of thesehuman resources practices. We believe this effort a clearrewarding practice, since it allows not only to explain“health” regarding human resources of the Spanishenterprise fabric, but additionally to alert the managerthat perfectly knows his strategic and organizationalcontext about the dangers in the matter of humanresources which he is making.
