Abstract
Este texto busca describir la articulación entre la organización socio-productiva de los grupos populares y construcción y adecuación de conocimientos y tecnologías, a partir del ambiente de aprendizaje generado por la experiencia del Programa Nacional de Incubadoras Tecnológicas de Cooperativas Populares (ITCP) de la Secretaría Nacional de Economía Solidaria del Ministerio del Trabajo y Empleo en el Brasil (SENAES-MTE). Se argumenta a favor de esta tecnología social como mecanismo que opera en el plano de la subjetividad como proyecto educativo; en el plano del conocimiento como trayectoria tecnológica innovadora en procesos y productos; en el plano organizativo como proyecto productivo de bienes y servicios; y en el plano político de acceso a derechos y de experimentación de nuevas formas institucionales. Razones por lo que las ITPC se convierten en modos de producción de conocimientos y de modos de fabricación, transmisión y aplicación de procesos, productos y herramientas, críticos respecto a los producidos por el sistema capitalista.This text describes the articulation that took place between socio-productive popular organisations, and the construction and adaptation of knowledge and technology. It draws upon the learning experience of the National Programme of Technology Incubators of Popular Cooperatives (ITCP) of the National Secretariat of Solidary Economy of the Ministry of Labour and Employment in Brazil (SENAES-MTE). The article defends this social technology as an educational project that operates at the subjective level. It defends its role as a knowledge enhancing technological innovation in processes and products, and, at the organizational level, as an effective producer of goods and services. At the political level, the article suggests that the project provides access to rights and a space to experiment different institutional forms. For these reasons, the ITPCs serve as modes of knowledge production, fabrication, transmission and application of processes, products and tools, that are critical of those produced by the capitalist system.
