Abstract
Zooplanctôn são organismos microscópicos que vivem em suspensão na coluna d’água e são ditos como bioindicadores ambientais A comunidade zooplanctônica é influenciada por fatores abióticos e bióticos, dentre eles os micronutrientes, que são introduzidos no ambiente por ações antropogênicas ou processos naturais. Os micronutrientes são compostos químicos utilizados em pequenas quantidades pelos organismos que atuam principalmente como cofatores de reações fisiológicas desses organismos, no entanto estudos sobre a influência desses elementos químicos tem sido estudos principalmente em ambientes marinhos evidenciando o efeito negativos como bioacumulação de metais nestes organismos, trabalhos relacionados a ambientes dulciaquícolas são raros. Este trabalho tem por objetivo realizar o levantamento bibliográfico sobre os estudos realizados atualmente sobre os efeitos dos micronutrientes em relação a comunidade planctônica.
