Abstract
The study of the thrombocyte aggregation activity parameters has been carried out in 126 patient undergoing treatment having the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis 67(53,2%) of all patient showed non-aggravated course of acute pancreatitis, the severe coure was in 59(46,8%) of patients. The enhanced thrombocyte aggregation activity has been estimated not to depend on the severity of the disease development. In returns completely to norm to the 15 day of treatment in non-aggravated course and partially in aggravated coure of disease understudy
