Abstract
Este trabalho teve por objetivo apresentar uma breve explanação sobre a questão agrária no Amapá, mais especificamente a questão das terras devolutas, abordando aspectos gerais e estabelecendo um liame com dispositivos legais disponíveis sobre a questão, tendo o Estado do Amapá como protagonista no estudo mais específico do tema. A metodologia utilizada foi fundamentada na abordagem qualitativa, com enfoque na pesquisa bibliográfica, que possibilita um melhor delineamento do assunto. Nesse sentido, os resultados indicam a necessidade imperiosa de esclarecer o assunto e travar discussões, preservar o meio ambiente, proteger e principalmente conhecer o Amapá, e assim transmitir conhecimento às presentes e futuras gerações.   Palavras-chave: agrário, Amapá, terras devolutas, dispositivos legais, discussão.   DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.18561/2179-5746/biotaamazonia.v2n2p70-77
