Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan komunikasi interpersonal dan persepsi pengembangan karir dengan kepuasan kerja. Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan pimpinan di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero). Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dan 127 orang kemudian terpilih sebagai sampel. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan analisa dokumentasi data karyawan, skala komunikasi interpersonal, skala persepsi pengembangan karir, dan skala kepuasan kerja. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisa dengan menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson product moment.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal dan persepsi terhadap pengembangan karir dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Secara bersama-sama, variabel komunikasi interpersonal dan persepsi terhadap pengembangan karir berkontribusi terhadap kepuasan kerja sebanyak 13,9%.| Reference Key |
