Abstract
Refletindo sobre as expressões literárias e culturais afro-brasileiras e sobre o lugar ocupado por essas produ- ções na sociedade, o trabalho que se segue tem como objetivo uma análise ideo/estética da produção poética do gaúcho Oliveira Silveira, tendo em vista sobretudo sua relação com as propostas do movimento da Negritude e o diálogo que estabelece com poetas vinculados ao referido movimento.
