This article is devoted to definition socially – the economic factors influencing formation of delinkventny behavior at minors. In work various methods of scientific knowledge, in particular, the empirical analysis, a method of sociological researches, natural-science, formal and logical are used. Scientific novelty of work consists, in particular in carrying out the empirical analysis socially – the economic factors influencing formation and development of a delinkventnost in teenagers on the example of the Magdagachinsky region of the Amur region.
