Abstract
Questa breve nota illustra e riassume le vicende antiquarie che hanno trasferito a Roma e qui disperso un’importante  tavola di bronzo contenente una sentenza di Domiziano, inviata  ai decurioni di Falerio Picenus nell’anno 82 d.C., nella quale l’imperatore decide a favore di questi ultimi una annosa controversia di natura territoriale, mossa dai coloni Fermani nei confronti dei Faleriensi.   This paper illustrates and summarises the events of antique trade that have moved to Rome - and here lost - an important bronze-plate, containing an Domitian’s judgement, sent to the Decurions of Falerio Picenus in the year 82 A.D., on which the Emperor  settles a long standing dispute of territorial jurisdiction started by the colonists of Firmum Picenum against the colonists of Falerio Picenus.
