Abstract
La presente investigación pretende, por una parte, dar a conocer el grado de satisfacción de los usuarios reales sobre la oferta de actividades físico-deportivas de tiempo libre de la comunidad universitaria de La Rioja y, por otra, constatar qué atributos, referidos a las instalaciones, recursos y actividades, se asocian a dicha satisfacción. Del estudio se detecta que los elementos humanos y organizativos son los atributos que más determinan la satisfacción de los usuarios tanto reales como potenciales.
