Abstract
El trabajo tiene como objetivo presentar un modelo para la gestión de sistemas logísticos en empresas cubanas debido a la necesidad de diseñar y aplicar este tipo de modelo a las condiciones de las empresas en perfeccionamiento empresarial. Lo novedoso se expone en el modelo y en las etapas aplicadas para su diseño que permiten adecuarlo a cada empresa, o diseñar otro de ser necesario.
