Abstract
En este articulo se pretende estructurar un modelo sobre el ejercicio del poder,
caracterizandolo de tal manera, que sea posible adaptarlo a un gran numero de situaciones
sociales, centrando su funcionamiento en el intercambio como eje rector. Asimismo, tratar de
generar reactivos, que expliquen las probables causas de que dada una realcion de poder, su
ejercicio se vea limitado o impedido en distintos grados, por interesar evaluaciones de los
sujetos subordinados; este hecho se caracteriza con el concepto de desgaste.
