Abstract
In the reviewed book, Dagmar UNZ poses the question: Is learning with hypertext more effective than learning with printed text? She gives a broad and very good overview of the research on hypertext and learning that was conducted up to 1996. Furthermore, she presents her own study, which shows no general advantage for hypertext in information seeking. In addition, she gives some perspectives for learning with hypertext.
