Abstract
Varón de 63 años hipertenso, hiperlipídico e hiperuricémico. ingresa por angina inestable. El cateterismo demostró oclusión subtotal de la arteria descendente anterior (dA) proximal, estenosis significativa de arteria circunfleja y acinesia antero-lateral y apical con disfunción moderada del ventrículo izquierdo (Vi). En la intervención se encontró un seudoaneurisma calcificado gigante ( × mm) en la cara anterolateral del Vi (fig. 1). se practicaron dos injertos coronarios: arteria mamaria interna izquierda a dA y vena safena a primera arteria obtusa marginal fuera del área del seudoaneurisma. El postoperatorio fue satisfactorio, dado de alta a los 10 días de la intervención.
