Abstract
Yazıcı böceklerden, Xyleborinus saxesenii Ratzeburg (Coleoptera: Curculionidae) Doğu
Karadeniz bölgesinde fındık bahçelerinde ciddi zararlara neden olmaktadır.
Zararlı böceklere karşı biyolojik mücadele ajanı geliştirmek için böceklerden
izole edilen bakteriler tanımlanmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, X. saxesenii’den izole edilen bakteriler morfolojik, fizyolojik,
biyokimyasal, yağ asit analizi ve moleküler olarak incelenmiştir. Sonuç olarak,
bakteriler Rahnella aquatilis (Xs1), Pseudomonas putida (Xs2), Sphingobacterium multivorum (Xs3), Serratia liquefaciens (Xs4), Aeromonas sp. (Xs5), Hafnia alvei (Xs6, Xs7), Acinetobacter calcoaceticus (Xs8), Pseudomonas sp. (Xs9), Pseudomonas fluorescens (Xs10, Xs13), Pantoea agglomerans (Xs11) ve Serratia marcescens (Xs12) olarak
tanımlanmıştır.
