Abstract
The aesthetic and ethical aspects of literature are viewed as components of the literary phenomenon. In this paper an attempt was made to build a methodological model to integrate these components into existing scientific methods applied to literary phenomena. We pointed to the plurality of possible models that develop around two fundamental planes -the one that offers grounds for a provocative approach towards traditional systems, as well as the one that exists as an affirmative base that integrates and confirms traditional values.
