Abstract
The Editorial Board of the Journal of the Faculty of Law, is pleased to present the number 39 in fulfillment of the commitment corresponding to the second volume biannually 2015. In this issue we present to readers, authors and the academic community primarily that the persistent work carried out in recent years, can provide free access availability and full text of all the numbers of our publication. Thus, the Journal of the Faculty of Law of the University of the Republic, after transiting over 8 decades of life, becomes the Uruguayan legal publication with the largest number of items available that exceed 400, culminating the scanning process in its entirety.
