Abstract
El señor Juez 1º Superior de Bogotá, en su auto de fecha 11 de agosto próximo pasado, dice lo siguiente: En vista del anterior memorial presentado por el señor defensor del procesado en el momento mismo de verificarse la audiencia pública, el 9 del que cursa, se dispone: "Remítase el expediente a la Oficina Médíco-Lgal para que los señores facultativos en vista de los pedimentos hechos por el doctor T. J. S. en el citado memorial, se sirvan examinar detenidamente al procesado I. C. y rendir su dictamen en oportunidad. En consecuencia, póngase a la disposición de los señores médicos al sindicado en la Penitenciaría Central para los fines aludidos."
