Abstract
This article speaks about the main issues related to investigate reports about sexual rapes. One on the most important aspects is the investigator's probatory, capacitary, the big part runs over management, looking for data in physical contact evidence and its utility for this the authors speak about the differences among «victims» and rasper and give sorne instruments to facilitate research in the «sexual homicide area». This article made emphasis in the knowledge in psychological aspect related to human psychosexual behaving, wich it very important in the forensic analysis. Finally in very brief ways author talk about different ways how sexual raper acting. They concluyed that this article look forward to improve the management of «sexual rape victims scene».
