Abstract
O presente estudo analisou três procedimentos metodológicos: aulaexpositiva dialogada com discussão da teoria, aula expositiva dialogada com prática laboratorial, aula expositiva dialogada por meio deapresentação de seminário. Estes procedimentos foram analisados na aulade Química Geral oferecida aos alunos do 1º ano do curso de Engenhariade Alimentos da Universidade Estadual do Centro-Oeste, em Guarapuava, Paraná. A prática laboratorial demonstrou ser o procedimento que mais agradou aos discentes, devido ao alto indíce de satisfação. Os alunos fi zeram algumas sugestões, tais como o aumento na carga horária da disciplina e o uso do vídeo para alguns assuntos. Foi verifi cado que eles se sentiram incentivados a aprofundar o seu conhecimento em Química Geral para Engenharia de Alimentos e até mesmo inovar na área.
