Abstract
O artigo é um estudo de caso sobre o estresse ocupacional em gestores de logística de transportes. O objetivo geral foi identificar os elementos que pressionam os gestores de uma empresa de logística de transporte no município de Betim. O instrumento para coleta de dados da pesquisa foi parte do questionário aderente ao modelo explicativo de estresse em gestores (MTEG) desenvolvido por Zille (2005). A metodologia adotada foi quantitativa com aplicação de questionário. Como resultado foi possível perceber sintomas significativos de estresse nos gerentes.
